Chamber Committees – Get Involved!
The Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce offers members many opportunities to share their expertise and enthusiasm. Our current volunteer task forces and committees are listed below.
A vitally important part of the membership process, Ambassadors dedicate an hour a month to deliver membership packets and represent the organization at ribbon cutting ceremonies and local community events. There are no monthly meetings, but requests for your services will typically be a monthly business visitation.
Annual event held in summer/early fall. Committee helps plan event beginning in early spring. Portion of proceeds benefit the Chamber's scholarship program.
Health & Wellness
The committee will develop health & fitness activities and recommend speakers for Chamber functions as needed. This committee meets no more than once a month.
Hudson Community Expo
The Expo is a one-day event that showcases local products and services. Representatives from local businesses, schools, city departments, clubs, non-profit organizations and civic organizations will be represented. Committee members will assist with all aspects of planning and running the event. The Expo is held every other year.
Works with the president in securing speakers, topics and activities for monthly Chamber events. May also suggest educational/training seminars that may benefit the Chamber.
This committee assists the Chamber in staying current with ever-evolving technology. May advise on website improvements.
Women's Network Committee
This committee will meet quarterly to help strengthen the Professional Women's Network.
