WHAT: An event allowing exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their business, industry or organization to area residents as well as to other participating businesses and organizations.
Interactive booths and live demonstrations are encouraged!
WHERE: Hudson High School- 2500 Hudson Aurora Road, Hudson
WHEN: Saturday, March 16th (10:00am – 3:00pm)
WHY: To promote your business or organization in a warm and friendly environment.
HOW: Simply complete the contract and return it with your check or credit card payment to the Hudson Chamber of Commerce at 27 E. Main Street, Hudson, OH 44236.
FORMAT: Booths and tables may be decorated as you wish, products may be displayed, let those creative juices flow! Noise levels must be kept to a minimum with activities at your booth. Please be considerate of your neighbors who are trying to converse with attendees as well
**New for 2019, Sales at your booth are permitted! **
WHAT'S PROVIDED: Exhibit spaces (booths) will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Booths: One 10' X 6' booth, 6 ft. skirted table, 2 chairs, electricity (optional), and sign. (Exhibitor must provide own 110-volt extension cord if needed)
RULES: **School regulations must be observed and none of the sponsors, including the Hudson Chamber of Commerce and Hudson City Schools, can be responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by an exhibitor, its employees or guests.
**The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all sponsors. Exhibitors causing damage to the school premises or property shall be liable for the cost of repair and related expenses necessary to recover said expenses.
**The Hudson Community Expo committee has full and final discretion as to the exact location of each exhibitor's booth. In addition, the Hudson Chamber of Commerce has complete authority to accept or reject any exhibitor.
