Stillpoint Massage & Club Pilates Open House

Free Open House hosted by Stillpoint Massage with Club Pilates Hudson! The foundation of The Stillpoint & Club Pilates is about proper movement and strength for your daily activities. We focus on the core which, in it's definition, is at the center of every movement you make. In our free sessions, you'll learn how The Stillpoint can unlock your core and the magic in their medical approach as well as see how Pilates can strengthen you. Come in for a quick info session with some spirits & light bites then try out our Pilates Reformer and take 10 minutes in the different rooms with a therapist of your choice to experience what they have to offer.
