What Exactly is a Sweat, Crawl & Eat?
It is a Fitness Crawl, you will participate in 3-30 minute workouts at 3 different locations, all within a few miles of each other and then Mingle at the end to enjoy lunch!

We are asking that ALL participants bring a Non-Perishable Item to donate to the Akron-Canton Food Bank this Holiday Season.
What Should I wear?
Please wear comfortable Athletic Attire and Appropriate Shoes. Bringing a Water Bottle & Mat, to help you stay comfortable and Hydrated!
When will I receive Instructions and Directions to Each Location?
A Packet Pick-Up will be held on the following days, 12.02-12.06 at Club Pilates Hudson. Each Packet will contain Start Times, Addresses and Reminders of the requirements needed for this amazing day!
