Her passion is working with clients of all ages struggling with anxiety\, as well as helping families and couples heal relationships. Marcie is also a registered yoga teacher which has helped her learn how the mind and body are interconnected and how to address "mental" health holistically.\n\n \n\nTopic: Women and Sleep\n\nAttendees will learn how the quality of your sleep impacts your physical\, mental and emotional well-being. We will explore sleep issues unique to women. We will discuss how nutrition\, exercise\, sun exposure\, as well as other factors affect sleep quality.\n\n \n\nAbout State of Mind: Hudson\n\nState of Mind: Hudson is a non-profit organization which seeks to raise awareness and reduce the stigma of mental health issues in our community.
